CALIFORNIA SENATE BILL SB798: Imitation Firearms Penalties. This bill would impose fines on the sale, manufacture, transportation, receipt, or distribution of imitation firearms for commercial purposes.

If this law passes, this would affect all the major airsoft distributors (which are primarily based in California) and eventually affect the whole United States.
